Dr. Martin Haskell on Dismemberment

20 weeks

Abortionist Martin Haskell originated the D&X (partial birth) procedure because:

“… most surgeons find dismemberment [i.e., D&E] at twenty weeks and beyond to be difficult due to the toughness of fetal tissues at this stage of development.”

There was a small,naked person

“They [the aborted babies] were next to the garbage cans in paper buckets, like the take home chicken kind. I looked inside the bucket in front of me. There was a small, naked person in there, floating in bloody liquid.”

Abortionist Troubled by Late Abortions- But Not for “Emotional” Reasons

Dr. Martin Haskell says he has qualms about third trimester abortions

“only for technical reasons, not for emotional reasons of fetal development. I think it’s important to distinguish the two.”

Dr. Haskell performs abortions up to 25 weeks and later. He says that 80% of them are elective (not health related)

Measuring Fetal Feet

feet of aborted baby at 10 weeks

From former clinic worker Jewels Green:

“ For anyone familiar with what goes on with human remains after an abortion, foot length is quite important. Measuring the foot of the deceased is the most accurate way to determine fetal age post-mortem. Tiny feet were measured beside me more times than I can count. Measuring tiny feet was how abortion facilities matched pre-abortion estimates of fetal age with the reality after death. The age determined by the measurement of the tiny feet was the age put on the forms that I completed for the state Department of Health abortion statistics.”

Dr. Gerson Weiss on abortion

The earlier the pregnancy the more fragile the fetus. So, grasping a fetus early on is more likely to tear it and less likely to allow you to bring it out whole.

A Leg Might Be Ripped Off, says abortionist

“The friction causes the fetus to tear apart. For example, a leg might be ripped off the fetus as it is pulled through the cervix.”

It’s Not a Tonsillectomy

“Have you ever seen one? . . I don’t care what anyone say, it is not a tonsillectomy, not just any old medical procedure. It’s terminating a potential human life.” –

Doctor Comments on the Faces of Aborted Babies

20 weeks

The fetus has a tiny face and a relatively large head. The bones of the back of the skull are very soft. When we make an incision in the base of the skull, we don’t disturb any of the skin covering the entire skull, we don’t disturb the scalp. So the top and back of the head itself just collapses and looks a little wrinkly and collapsed, but the facial structures are not disturbed at all by that procedure.

Dr. Carolyn Westhoff, abortionist, in sworn testimony in National Abortion Federation, et. al. v. Ashcroft, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, April 2, 2004
