The early feminists (Susan B. Anthony, Elizabeth Cady Stanton etc) believed that abortion was a way that men took advantage of women, using them for sex. Today’s pro-life feminists say much the same thing- that abortion allows men to have sex with women and shirk any responsibility for their preborn children.
