Virginia Doctor Talks About Malpractice with Anesthesia

Recalling cases of malpractice involving abortion, Dr. William Harp stated:

“I can remember three [anesthesia-related] cases in the last five years. Two of those cases were abortions; another was a plastic-surgery case.”
