Pro-choice hate mail attacks rape victims

The following disgusting piece of hate mail was received by Carolyn Gargaro, who has a pro-life webpage. The writer of the letter says terrible things about rape victims who carry their babies to term. It’s attitudes like this that push rape victims into abortions they may not really want. Judgemental “pro-choice” people condemning rape victims for having their babies devalues all women, not just rape victims.Warning: Very offensive language

Any women who would choose to have a kid from rape is a dirty stinky slut. Some women out their love that rough sex. No nice girl would choose to have a child from such immoral sickness. My men friends and women friends, when ever we hear of a girl who claims oh she was raped and she thinks she is so innocent and she wants to give birth from the so called rape, we laugh and say what a stinky slut. Your promoting immorality this is not what God want’s. Your wrong about pro choice movement not wanting women to give life. What we are saying is if you want to have children have them. Some people need an abortion because of rape and such. You don’t want to be a stinky slut and choose to have a kid from what you claim is so horrible as rape. If it is so horrible than how could you choose to give birth. My boyfrien says these girls who do this should be put in jail for raping the guy. I know you won’t want to read this because you preach things backwards. You don’t know about the true moral way. Moral values are any thing you want them to be.

Gloria Steinem admits unborn babies are “people”

Lifelong pro-choice activist Gloria Steinem:

“How can [the law] differentially apply to two people who may be legally separate, but who actually inhabit the same body?”

Gloria Steinem “A Basic Human Right” Ms. August 1989 P 40

Quoted in F LaGard Smith When Choice Becomes God (Eugene, Oregon: Harvest House Publishers, 1990)

She knew there was a baby’s life involved.

Woman having abortion by pill mocks her aborted baby

A young woman wrote a blog about her abortion by pill. She was at her friend’s house when she took the abortion pill and began bleeding was asked by her friend if, after she aborted the baby, his apartment would be haunted. She said:

” if it does turn into a ghost, it won’t be a very intimidating ghost.

She put the following picture  on her blog. This is what she acknowledges her baby looked like at the time she took the pill.

The baby is about 1/3 of an inch, the size of a grain of rice. Development of the arms and legs continue although the fingers and toes haven’t yet formed. The brain is growing as well as the lenses of the eyes, nostrils, intestines, pancreas and bronchi.

i think it would be much scarier if the embryo joined the mutant goldfish from family guy in the sewers. much scarier.”

After she passed some product of the abortion she could not recognize, perhaps the gestational sac with the aborted baby:

yeah i have no fucking clue what that is. i imagine it’s a blood clot of sorts. i’m just glad it came out before my [followup] ultrasound, because that would have been a little awkward.

“i can’t see anything, let me check for obstructions. :peruses vagina: well. this is nice. would you like me to wrap it up for you?”

this is the closest thing to keeping the fetus we could have come, and i apologize to all of those that wanted a souvenir. i didn’t have a jar of formaldehyde readily available otherwise i would have definitely saved it. however, i didn’t flush it down the toilet! it’s wrapped in tissue in the bathroom garbage bin and you are more than welcome to retrieve it.

Abortion is “murder” but should be a woman’s choice?

Pro-choice and pro-euthanasia advocate Jim Taylor says that abortion is “murder” but he still thinks it’s wrong to prevent a woman from having one:

“I would consider prohibiting a woman from having an abortion, and forcing a woman to have one, to be equally wrong.

Some local agencies have accused me of being pro-abortion. I’m not. I’m opposed to abortion. I consider it a form of murder. Or of euthanasia, at the other end of life. I would not counsel any woman to terminate a pregnancy by having an abortion.

At the same time, I would not condemn any woman for having had an abortion. Because I cannot, and should not, make that choice for her.”

Jim Taylor “Fundamental right to choose” The Daily Courier January 11, 2015

More and more pro-choicers are saying that yes, abortion is “murder” or “killing” a “baby” (or “life” or “human life”), but that abortion still should not be illegal and that woman have a right to kill their offspring.

Have an abortion, but don’t murder a cow

From an email pro-lifer Carolyn Gargaro got from a pro-choicer:

“I’m pro-animal and pro-life, if it can be a good life. However, when there is an undesired pregnancy, there is no reason to have it if it will end up in a trashcan or in prison. If you’re so pro-life, go wait outside an abortion clinic and beg the women who go in to sign papers so that YOU and your almighty god-righteous heart can adopt their child when it’s born, or are you not quite that willing? Animals have no choice. They have no birth control. People keep popping out unwanted children because of idiots like you, which leads to murder, school shootings, drugs and a deteriorating world when people could just have abortions and prevent it. People seem to have no problem stuffing down a hamburger which came from a cow which was murdered, but god forbid you have an abortion. I guess in your opinion it’s okay to kill non-human animals, right?”

You can read this and other feedback from pro-choicers here.

ACLU leader on abortion vs. welfare

ACLU leader Norman Dorsen:

“Financing abortions for the poor is far less expensive than the cost of childbirth and welfare support for unwanted children,” he wrote. “So the government is actually paying out your tax dollars to force poor women to become mothers.”

Brief for Appellees at 185, Harris v. McRae, 448 U.S. 297 (1980); and Norman Dorsen, ACLU Campaign for Choice fund-raising letter to “Dear Friend,” n.d. [received by the writer on 29 Sept. 1979].

I’m at peace with my abortion, though I know I killed a baby

“I cannot tell you how beautifully you explain my feelings on this matter. I had an abortion in March, at the age of 32. I’m perfectly at peace with what I did, that it wasn’t the right time for us BUT I am also aware that it was a baby. It was completely a matter of competing needs- and the ones of my life, and my relationship, won out.”

Planned Parenthood on how a baby is made

Planned Parenthood released a pamphlet on contraception in 1973 that said:

“One sperm plus one egg = one baby.”

Planned Parenthood/World Population pamphlet entitled”ABCs of Birth Control,” 1973, page 4.

Interesting that they would acknowledge this. I don’t think you would find such a candid admission from PP nowadays.
