Abortion Clinic Flushes Medical Waste Down Sewer

NJ Acting Consumer Affairs Director, Jeffrey Burstein said this about abortionist Flavius Thompson of the Pleasant Women’s Pavilion after the state pulled his license:

“During our investigation, we found that medical waste material was being improperly disposed of down the sanitary sewer at that location.

“If proper procedures are not followed, patients are potentially put in danger. That is wholly unacceptable. The Board of Medical Examiners expects its licensees to adhere to legal and professional standards of conduct, as does the public.”

Pro-Choice Author Excuses Violence And Vandalism

Pro-Choice author Joyce Arthur talks about the Center for Bio ethical Reform’s GAP demonstrations, where activists on college campus set up photographs of aborted babies. She discusses the violence that sometimes surrounds these events, when pro-choicers attack the activists or the signs. However, she does not seem to be concerned about the morality of such attacks – rather, she blames the pro-lifers for inciting them. Tacitly, she excuses the pro-choice violence and vandalism.

“… The unstated goal is apparently to anger, offend, and incite violence – then use the ensuing publicity to make pro-choicers look bad.… The GAP display also has been met with pro-choice counter protests at almost every campus where it has appeared. On at least five campuses, violence and vandalism have occurred, with students attacking the displays or GAP staff members and volunteers. At Ohio State University, about 30 protesters rushed the display in an incident that Associated Press termed a “riot”; a female student was arrested after trying to slash a poster with a knife. At the University of Kansas, an African-American student rammed the display with his truck and a female Jewish student physically assaulted a GAP staffer; both were arrested. As Cunningham vowed at one campus, “We will make an example out of lawbreakers.”

Woman Who Aborted Down Syndrome Baby Reveals Selfish Reasons

A woman who aborted her Down Syndrome baby said the following:

“Mike and I had discussed what we would do if amniocentesis revealed a serious genetic condition long before the test. For us, the diagnosis of Down syndrome was reason to choose abortion. Our thinking was clear… We were eager to have a child, and prepared to change our lives  to make emotional,  social, and economic resources available. But the realities of raising a child who can never grow to independence would call forth more than we could muster, unless one or both of us give up our work, our political commitments, our social existence beyond the household…. No single family should have to shoulder all the burdens…”

Rayna Rapp “XYLO: a True Story” test tube women: What Future for Motherhood (London: Routledge & Kegan Paul, 1984)

This quote reveals the selfishness that is present in many men and women who wish to abort their handicapped children. They would rather have their baby dismembered in the womb than accept a child who might require more sacrifice on their part. In reality, most Down syndrome children lead happy lives. It is the parents who often are too selfish to let their children live, fearing extra work. Why do couples have the right to reject “imperfect” children? It is even more tragic when one realizes that there is a waiting list to adopt even Down syndrome babies.

16 weeks- about the age when Down Syndrome can be detected

Keep in mind also that Down Syndrome cannot be detected until partway through the second trimester, so these abortions are late abortions, often done after the fetus can feel pain while he or she is being dismembered.

Pro-Choice Activist Expected Fewer Abortions After Roe Vs. Wade

Right after Roe versus Wade, Robert Hall, whose Association for the Study of Abortion has struggled so hard to make abortion legal, was asked whether or not abortion clinics would “pop up everywhere.”

“Not very likely. We’re expecting to see about a million and a half legal abortions a year – about triple the number now. But instead of being concentrated in a few states, they’ll be distributed evenly among MDs in every state – probably about 20,000 in all. That’s an average of only a couple of abortions a week per doctor – hardly a big enough figure to constitute new specialty.”

Interviewed in Charlotte L Rosenberg “The Abortion Revolution: Don’t Rush It,” Medical Economics 5 no. 5 (March 5, 1973): 31 – 45

As we know, this abortion rights activist was very, very wrong. Legalizing abortion led to a huge jump in the number of abortions being performed. It opened the floodgates and allowed many women to have abortions who wouldn’t have before.

$80,000 A Year For a 10 Hour Work Week

Abortion center to prospective doctors:

“Salary and fringe benefits will be extremely attractive. Imagine the opportunity to make at least $80,000 a year for no more than 10 hours work each week.”

Pamela Zeckman, Pamela Warrick et al., “the Abortion Racketeers” Chicago Sun-Times, 13, 17, 19, 12, 29, November 18, 1978

Keep in mind that this quote is from 1978 – abortionists make much more money now.

This, unfortunately, is what the doctors are doing to earn this kind of money.

Abortionist: “I Don’t Wear a Halo”

Dr. Schwartz, New York physician who has performed 15,000 abortions when he was quoted:

“God knows, I don’t wear a halo. God knows, there are more skilled practitioners. But I think in the mix, you could do a helluva lot worse than if you come to me for what I claim to know how to do.”

The Ultimate Euphemisms

Former director of New York abortion clinic The Center for Reproductive and Sexual Health:

“In retrospect, such a name for an abortion site is one of those ultimate euphemisms that our century uses to hide the enormity of what mankind is actually doing. Auschwitz is a “resettlement camp.”

Isaac Asimov On Abortion

Isaac Asimov said the following:

“Birth… Is only the moment you emerged from the womb. You existed as a genetically distinct individual from the moment of conception some nine months before. And you did not become an independently functioning member of society (a functional kind of birth) until you “came of age” some years after you emerged from the womb.”

Parents of Developmentally Disabled Children Do Not Support Abortion

Sometimes pro-choice activists say that abortion must be legal and should be performed in cases where the baby would be disabled. 90% of down syndrome pregnancies end in abortion. And yet:

There has never been a single organization of parents of mentally [handicapped] children that has endorsed abortion.

Legalizing Abortion Leads to Huge Jump in Abortion Numbers

Commenting on the increased number of women who sought abortions after Roe versus Wade was decided,  Daniel Callahan said the following:

“A change abortion laws, from restricted to permissive, appears – from all data and in every country – to bring forward a whole class of women who would otherwise not have wanted an abortion or felt the need for one… Women can be conditioned (and are in many places) to want and feel the need for abortions. Evidence from those countries where abortion on request has been long available (Russia, Japan, Hungary for instance) shows that the subjectively felt stress that leads women to seek an abortion is socially influenced.”
