Business is good — he does about 3,000 abortions a year, charging $300 for a first-trimester abortion. And with four clinics in the city, everyone is getting by. Dr. Ramos says he made the perfect career choice when he began doing abortions nearly three decades ago. “There is less work and more income,” he explained.”
