This is an old quote, but I thought I’d put it up because many pro-choice people claim that abortion prevents child abuse. This researcher explains how wanted children are often the ones that are abused:
“Many young mothers who had every desire to get pregnant, with great expectations that the baby would resolve one of their many problems, find themselves even worse off than before. The baby does not – or is not able to meet these needs.”
