Abortion worker describes how parents forced their daughters to abort

An abortion clinic worker named Tonya wrote:

“[T]eens, young adults, and minors who are still living at home with their parents or legal guardians, are sometimes being forced to have an abortion or even feeling like they’re being pressured into having an abortion by that parent or legal guardian. This happens a lot of times to minors and young adults…

On the day of the appointment, you can usually tell the minor who does not want to be there just by their facial expression. Being upset and very emotional. When this is noticed, I’ll pull that patient to a private room to have a one-on-one talk with them without the parent being present, and sometimes the patient will say, “Yes, I am being forced to do this, and if I don’t, my parents will put me out or send me away.” And in other words, just turn their backs on them. You have parents who try to convince their child….

These parents will tell their daughter anything. They will even go as far as bribing them by telling them, “Just do this for mommy right now, and I will take you shopping, and I’ll get you whatever it is that you want, just please don’t do this to your mommy, you will have plenty of time to have a baby in the future when you’re old enough.” Parents don’t care about how their child feels, nor do they understand that a decision like this is no easy decision and that it can and will affect them in the future mentally.

You have these parents who don’t even think about what they are making their child do. All they are thinking about are themselves, what they are not wanting to deal with, so they think that this is the best way out of the situation, so they don’t even try to understand that young girl’s feelings about the whole idea of abortion…

The parents will sometimes deny that they are trying to force their child to have an abortion because they put them in the spotlight, and I have heard a child making a comment saying, “yes, you are, mama, I didn’t know that I was coming to an abortion clinic. I thought this was just a regular doctor’s appointment for my pregnancy.”…

Sometimes the parent will try and ask for an employee’s advice to see if they can help them when their child has refused abortion…

Sometimes it gets me very upset when I get one of these minors that is in the situation because of their parents forcing, threatening, convincing, and persuading a minor into having an abortion.”

Abortionist jailed for manslaughter believes every abortionist has perforated a uterus

Sharon Hampton went to abortionist Bruce Steir for a second trimester abortion. Steir later pleaded guilty to perforating Hampton’s uterus, pulling out part of her bowel, and stuffing it back into her body and sending her home to bleed to death. He was convicted of manslaughter. Years later, Steir wrote:

“The demise of my patient was from a perforation of the uterus. This is a well-known complication. Any experienced abortion provider will admit to having had at least one. If he or she denies ever having perforated a uterus then I must conclude that they either have not performed too many second trimester abortions, or they are in denial, or just covering up with a sense of false pride.”

Abortionist admits he “ends lives”

An article in Social Science & Medicine discusses the things abortionists feel they cannot say about their work, for fear it will hurt the pro-abortion cause. One topic the article covers is how abortionists acknowledge abortion is killing. One abortionist says:

“[A]bortion is life and death and I think for me it’s about providers saying, “Yes, we end lives here,” and being okay with that … I had a woman wake up in the recovery room and say, “I just killed my baby.” And I said to her, “You did, and that’s okay.” And just, being okay, to say that…. That’s what I feel we’re doing here. And I’m okay with that.”

Planned Parenthood admits that woman are pregnant with “babies”

In the section on Abortion Counseling, you can read stories from former Planned Parenthood workers and former Planned Parenthood patients talking about how PP denies that a pregnant woman is carrying a “baby.” Instead, they use words like “products of conception” or “fetal tissue.”

But in a video on YouTube aimed at teaching children about sex, PP admits they knew it was a baby all along. The video narrator says:

“With younger children you can keep it simple and direct. For example, you can say “A baby grows in a parent’s belly and comes out of their vagina.” That may be all it takes to satisfy their curiosity.

If they ask, “How does the baby get in the belly?” You can say something like, “Most women have tiny eggs in a special part of their belly. Most men have very tiny seeds, called sperm. If sperm and egg meet they can grow into a baby.”

Mother of baby with down syndrome is asked why she didn’t abort

Tia Marsili has two daughters with down syndrome. With one of them, she learned of the diagnosis in the womb, and chose not to abort. She says:

“My sister looked at me and said, ‘Why didn’t you abort her?’

I said, ‘What? Because we love her, and she’s my baby, and we love her!’ ‘But you knew,’ my sister said. . . . It was pretty shocking. Even people that close to me.”

Woman calls abortion procedure “heartless”

From one woman who had a second trimester abortion:

“When my parents found out, my dad took me to DC where abortions are legal until 20 weeks. I was put in a large room with about 20 women and one by one we were taken back for the abortion and then brought back in. Each woman came back holding their stomach and crying. The process was quick and heartless.

I suffered for two years with depression that went untreated. It has been the most painful and traumatic experience of my life. But I want anyone that reads this to know I do not regret my choice. I did choose life…I chose my life.”

Pregnant abortionist has no qualms

Abortionist Dr. Pratima Gupta wrote about doing abortions while visibly pregnant:

“It was interesting the number of comments I got. I was trying to hide it for a long time wearing bigger scrubs and wearing my white coat really loose and buttoning it over my belly.

But I got to a point where I just couldn’t hide it anymore despite my best efforts and one time I walked into a patient and her partner looked at up at me and said, ‘Dang Dr. Gupta’… it was just something patients often asked and actually even my colleagues and nurses would say, ‘Don’t you find it hard to do abortions right now while you’re pregnant’?”

Dr. Gupta says “no”.

“I looked at is as this was not their time to become a parent and to continue on with their pregnancy but it was the right time for me.”

A preborn baby at 3 months kicks and moves

A book for expectant mothers says the following about preborn babies in the third month of pregnancy:

“You cannot feel these movements, but it is kicking, curling its toes up and down, rotating its feet and wrists, clenching and unclenching its fists, pressing its lips together, frowning, and making other facial expressions…There is still plenty of room in the uterus, so the fetus can swoop and undulate in its own enclosed sea.”
